Through Delimax GmbH, the cibus symbol is made available to all licensees in compliance with the license and application conditions. It may only be used by licensees for certified cibus products and for marketing and advertising purposes. Any misuse of the mark will result in the withdrawal of the right of use and will result in claims for damages or legal action by the standard setter in the event of any damage incurred.
